Thank you for this beginner to intermediate workout- I am obese with multiple injuries (spinal stenosis, 3 hernias and a knee injury) there are things here which I cannot do but I can at least modify and overall I found this doable- within my own limitations- I was very sweaty and out of breath after wards. I recommend to others trying to first do a warm up- I had first tried this after I went for a one mile walk so I was a bit loosened up and ready

  2. Wow, pretty regimented routine. Does't look like fun, matter of fact this looks like a lot of work compared to my 14 months of zumba experience which is the first exercise oriented activity I have ever done in my life. Good luck with that.
