Did I do this wrong if my shoulder and arms hurt more than my abs, considering I was trying to be in level 3 most time??I had difficulty keeping up with the inhale and exhale though.
My neck hurts more than my abs😅
Didnt even get through the whole thing and my abs are on fire. Guess that means it worked?

I'm starting late but Day 1 is done. I did the next to easiest variation and took a couple breaks. Keeping my chin up helped my neck as some on comments have suggested.
