1. Did I do this wrong if my shoulder and arms hurt more than my abs, considering I was trying to be in level 3 most time??I had difficulty keeping up with the inhale and exhale though.

  2. My legs are fine it didn't hurt them at all but oml my NEAK and ABS ( or lack there of are thorough ) this sucked but i love this pls do more can we do legs the next 30 day? Pls♡
