Hello, I found your videos just today and hope they can help me. I have been doing different types of facial exercising for the last 15 years or so. In the past they have helped, but now that I am 60, it seems the last year or so, they are just not helping, I still look good, but I have more sagging, hollows in the checks(did lose weight) and lower neck wobble, marionette lines looking bad as well. It appears the exercises just kind of stopped working. I am hoping that yours will get my face back to itshealthy, younger look. No, I don't want or expect to look 30, but I would like to go back to the stage when people thought I was 10 years younger then my age! Please let me know where to start and how to start and work through – thank you so very much!
Good advice Peta! Today I have already done my exercises but from tomorrow I will always do the warm up first. Peta you look so fresh and healthy!
