  1. this is so helpful but it’s so difficult for me because they’re are all in the gym with machines and equipment and i can’t afford a membership rn and struggling to find good at home workouts 🙁

  3. How do you avoid bloating? I bloat after EVERYTHING! Water, healthy foods, non healthy foods, any drink. Please help. I’ve tried anti bloat tablets, lemon water, enzyme tablets and ACV but nothing works. And it’s with everything, even water, so I cannot cut anything out.

  5. first off booty booty boooty! GIRL DANG it looks so proportionate too! i wish i had the discipline to work out so often where id actually start seeing results haha, one day maybe, hopefully, we’ll see 🤔 or will we? 😋🤥
    secondly, that gym looks so cool! i paid attention to the people around you and theres barely any young people i feel like, i hate having so many young peeps at the gyms where i live bc theyre more judgey🙄 id love to work out with grandpas tbh! 😅
    oh and i appreciate the effort you put into this video (and all of your others too really!), i could tell you werent 100% comfy filming yourself without sara or your bf, but you did it anyway, thats so sweet of you! oh and you do quite different things at the gym, not a lot of stuff ive seen fitness people here on yt do, looks so interesting! and i hope youre proud of yourself for having come this far, really your body looks so trained! you go girl! lots of love from turkey! 😊

  6. Do you do the same workout on the same day every week or do you rotate it? Like you did arm workout Monday, the next Monday instead of working arms, do you switch it to starting with legs instead? Or is the next week a whole new routine?

  7. I'd love to see an "aftermath" video of the day after your cheat days. E.g. how bloated do you get if at all and do you have any issues with getting back to the "normal grind"?

  8. I know how I want to look but I honestly don't know where to start so I will be making an appt with a nutritionist and also I need a personal trainer because I don't know what I'm doing and I'm not trying to kill myself…😂

Can you do a video with like workouts for someone beginning their workout/weight loss journey, I’m at the heaviest I’ve ever been and been feeling really down but I wanna change and lose weight but I don’t really know how to start esp because I suck at working out lol and I’m extremely self conscious at the gym😩
