    We have a competition running here: who can balance on balance board with slaspipe for ten seconds on one foot, eyes closed. One person did it (not me).
    But those "simple" execices with the ball between the ankles are new to me and i think they are great because they can be done anyplace.

  2. I really like your exercices . I shared a previous video with my students and I already see much more energy and control in feet, so thank you very much for your tips and kindness.
    I would be very interested to see exercices for rotations ( feet , legs , hips, head?? ..) that would be fantastik.
