I really love the black screen effect in the background it really does take away any distraction from just concentrating on your voice/words and relaxing. I've listened to the Tibetan bowls on different videos before and found them to be almost haunting in a way and not pleasant, until I came across your video here, the sounds are melodic and soothing. Maybe it's just knowing how to use them properly? I'm not sure all I know is this is a gem of an audio 💕 thank you so so very much for taking your time, experience and energy in sharing this with us.   7. I don't know if it's fate, providence, or what, but this marks 6 videos out of the last 8 that have come out right as I was in a severely frustrated/frazzled/agitated state. The timing is nice because I can toss on my cans and it levels me right out for the latter half of my day or when I am laying in bed at night and can't decompress or turn off the brain.

    You've become my favourite artist over the last couple of years, not so much because of having the perfect tonality/frequency for my own brain, but rather because I'm in a field (cybersecurity) where I deal with the absolute worst of humanity on a daily basis in a high pressure environment, and you're simply the most genuine and empathetic in your delivery artist I've found. That's something that can't be taught or faked, it has to be real.

    So thank you for consistently calming a grizzled, cynical beast when he starts to think there are no redeeming ppl left in the world
