1. I love these routines man! Thanks to you i can now get into the saddle position relatively comfortably. Do you maybe have more upper body stretches i can try as well?

  2. Been doing these daily for the last two weeks. Feel so much better in BJJ as well as my lifts in the gym. Keep them coming! really enjoy the progress and how much better I am moving in such a short time.

  3. I’ve done them all 2 times so far and tomorrow I’ll begin from the first one again. I feel so amazing and I can do the saddle easily now while resting completely on my back. Can’t thank you enough brother!
