  1. I'm glad as thanks to this video I have improved the downward facing dog position. I like also the breathing exercise as the end. Perhaps you would include some kapalabhati exercise in one of your videos? Since I discovered yoga I am a different person, more relaxed and less anxious. Fast pace workout is great and doing some Yoga after the fitness workout helps me slow the pace and stretch as the same time. Your idea of taping the yoga mat is brilliant. Thanks again 🙂
